Standard Delivery (UK Mainland Only)

Christmas Delivery
UK Orders	Place your order by 19th December to guarantee delivery before Christmas. Orders placed on 22nd and 23rd December will still be shipped, but delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
International Orders	Place your order by 15th December for pre-Christmas delivery (subject to customs clearance).
While we will do our best to ensure timely delivery, deliveries before Christmas cannot be guaranteed due to high demand and potential weather conditions.

Timed Delivery
Courier Signed for Pre 10:30 AM	£18.20 + VAT for next working day delivery by courier Orders placed after the cut-off time (2 pm) will generally not be dispatched until the next working day. Delivery Terms

Delivery charges are all subject to vat and are excluded from any discount calculation.
Delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
We will always do our utmost to get the delivery to you as fast as possible.
Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude UK Bank Holidays.
All courier deliveries must be signed for and the courier may arrive earlier than expected.
Orders will not be delivered to PO Box And BFPO addresses.
All orders are subject to sufficient stock availability.
We will endeavour to contact you in the rare event there is a problem with the service or charge selected.
If you change delivery address after the goods have been dispatched, you may be subject to an additional delivery charge.

We ship pallets approx. 1200x1000mm footprint x 2200mm tall.
Any height or size restrictions or special delivery requirements such as timed delivery or manual unloading (if available as options) may incur an extra charge.
